Refund & Return Policy

Due to the special nature of the products, all items in this store are not suitable for returns or exchanges. Therefore, please carefully select the products and sizes before purchasing to avoid the possibility of having to return them.

After placing an order, there will be a 2-day order confirmation period during which you can choose to apply for a refund.

Our store agrees to accept returns and refunds / cover return shipping costs / and resend items in the following situations:

• The received item is damaged or missing (It is best to provide an unboxing video.).
• If the merchant sends the wrong item, the returned product must not affect resale. We will cover the return shipping costs, provide compensation,or resend the item.
• For returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
